About Geneva
Geneva began a career in dance in the late 1970’s, continuing as a Choreographer to aerobics instructors in the 1980’s, then teaching as an Aerobics Instructor herself and later as a Personal Trainer. She has taught from Sonoma County to Maui, Hawaii in many capacities including Aqua Aerobics, Pilates Mat classes, Yoga, Stretch & Seated classes for seniors.
Working as a Nautilus Trainer on Maui began her interest in weight training which has expanded with the many tools possible to build, tone & strengthen bodies of all ages. With balance as a core issue for many seniors, her focus in offering Balance & Strength Classes through her private practice has served many in developing core strength needed to support the skeletal body with correct alignment & posturing.
